As we expand, we are seeking a visionary Head of Product Management to drive our product strategy and shape the future of digital pathology. In this leadership role, you will bridge technology and user needs to deliver groundbreaking innovations that enhance medical workflows worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing short-term impact with long-term strategy.
- Lead product development in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement best practices in product management.
- Integrate customer insights to refine and enhance our solutions.
- Stay ahead of technological advancements, ensuring Grundium remains at the forefront of innovation.
What You Bring
- A strong background in product development, particularly in device innovation.
- International experience and a deep understanding of global markets.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to translate feedback into action.
- The ability to lead teams, drive collaboration, and make decisive calls.
- Experience in medical devices or regulated industries is a plus.
