We are looking for an Associate Analyst who is eager to learn and grow in the field of conversational AI and AI-driven automation. If you’re passionate about chatbots, voice assistants, and AI-powered communication, this is your chance to get hands-on experience in a professional setting.

The days will vary, and as an Associate Analyst, you will be part of different internal and external projects. Some things, however, will define your everyday, no matter the project:

• Analysis and innovation: Identify technological challenges, conduct analyses, and develop advanced solutions to tackle complex business challenges and energize operations.
• Collaboration: Explore fresh perspectives together with diverse teams and contribute to our collective success.
• Learning: Engage in continuous learning across multiple disciplines and get hands-on with the newest technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who see themselves in the following:

• Students passionate about conversational AI – You are well into your bachelor’s degree or in your first year of a master’s program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of AI solutions – Support the creation, testing, and refinement of conversational AI models.
• Work with AI-driven conversational tools – Assist in designing, developing, and optimizing chatbots and voicebots using low-code and AI-powered platforms.
• Analytical & problem-solving mindset – You enjoy tackling challenges, optimizing processes, and thinking critically about user experiences.
• Strong communicators & team players – You thrive in collaborative environments, working with colleagues across different backgrounds. You will support the team in daily operations and project management, and work with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas.
• Danish speakers – As this role involves conversational AI in Danish, proficiency in both spoken and written Danish is required.
