Commissioning Manager

Your job
As our new Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for the commissioning of our energy park. You will have a key role in the EPC Project Engineering Team in driving the commissioning process, and you will be responsible for;

• Leading the Commissioning of our energy parks from system and component test to final approval of the park
• "Lessons Learned" together with stakeholders based on experience from commissioning
• Ongoing development of our commissioning procedures and process optimization
• Quality improvements in this process

Together with your colleagues in EPC, you will work in close collaboration with construction project managers, technical project managers, IT/OT team, grid operators as well as other external resources and stakeholders and along this your tasks will include;

• Plan, control and coordinate all commissioning activities
• Define the test scheme to complete our parks
• Perform critical commissioning activities for the project
• Defining and sharing requirements for equipment and tests in line with stakeholders’ expectations with our engineering team
• Complete commissioning regarding quality systems and requirements
• Control of all technical documentation before handover to our ‘Operation team’

Your profile
You have a relevant engineering background, and you have some years of experience working within commissioning of power plants along with considerable experience in the field of renewable industry. Preferably you have experience with cross-border collaboration and activities or have been working in an international environment.

On a personal level you take responsibility and is professional about your work. You are able to meet deadlines and ensure that the commissioning of our parks is handled fast and flawless while ensuring that all documentation, test and agreements are completed in collaboration with the rest of the team. Furthermore, you can see yourself in one or more of the following:

• Analytic and able to solve issues and find solutions
• Structured and process oriented

As we are working closely with international stakeholders, both internal and external, strong English language skills in both writing and verbal is a requirement.

We are a newly formed team, working in a dynamic environment with short decision-making process, so you will have an opportunity to influence and develop your own responsibilities and task, along with our procedures.

Some travelling activity can be expected in this role to our other markets, but not on a regular basis.
