SCADA and Network Project Manager

Your job
As our new SCADA and Network Project Manager you will play a significant role in the construction of our renewable parks, ensuring that our parks are designed and equipped with the right OT equipment, while also ensuring that our operations teams are on-boarding new assets in time for commissioning. In the role you will be responsible for:

• Technical project management of the IT/OT and SCADA systems within the energy parks.
• Ensuring that the projects meet our stakeholders’ expectations and requirements
• Ensuring that the SCADA, Trading and Controllers are set up and ready for commissioning
• Ongoing development of our project Engineering procedures
• Managing stakeholders´ expectations and requirements for the SCADA and Network on site

Together with your colleagues in the Engineering team in EPC, you will work in close collaboration with construction project managers, suppliers and OEMs, technical project managers, IT/OT teams, grid operators as well as other external resources and stakeholders and along with this, your tasks will include;

• Managing the Network and SCADA integration into our renewable projects
• Creating tender material and technical specifications for the projects
• Coordinate engineering resources and reviewing deliverables during the project
• Ensuring that our stakeholders’ requirements are transformed into solutions in the projects, and that these are done in the most feasible way for our company
  

Your profile
You have a relevant engineering background, and you have experience working with OT and SCADA systems along with some experience in the field of renewable industry. Preferably you have experience with cross-border collaboration and activities or have been working in an international environment.

On a personal level you take responsibility and is professional about your work. You are able to meet deadlines and ensure that the project is continuously driven forward in collaboration with the rest of the team. Furthermore, you can see yourself in one or more of the following:

• You are self-driven with a good sense of what is urgent
• Proactive in your approach
• Analytic and able to solve issues and find solutions
• Structured and process oriented

We are a newly formed team, working in a dynamic environment with short decision-making process, so you will have an opportunity to influence and develop your own responsibilities and task, along with our procedures.

As we are working closely with international stakeholders, both internal and external, strong English language skills in both writing and verbal is a requirement.
