Student Business Analyst in Non-Financial Risk team

Non-Financial Risk (NFR) is part of Group Risk Management and responsible for setting standards, advising and overseeing non-financial risk management across the Group. We are seeking a motivated Student Assistant to join our team. This is an ideal position for someone currently pursuing a university degree and interested in gaining practical experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role requires a commitment of 15 or 20 hours per week, if possible, during business days between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, there will be flexibility around exams or other school obligations.

As a Student Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of Committee material, supporting risk assessment processes, reporting, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our risk management frameworks. This role will offer you a broad exposure to various aspects of non-financial risk management within one of the most prominent financial institutions in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the compilation, mapping and analysis of data related to non-financial risk,
• Support the team in maintaining documentation and following up on processes
• Help in organizing and preparing materials for Committees, workshops and meetings,
• Participate in special projects and provide support to various initiatives.

We are looking for:

• Current enrolment in a university program in finance, economics, mathematics, business and law or another related field
• You are in the last year of your bachelor’s degree or have a minimum of one year remaining in your master’s degree
• A keen interest in risk management
• Ability to work in a structure way and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language would be appreciated
• High level of flexibility, with the ability to accommodate flexible hours and tasks
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
