VIKING’s Global Business Services is operating to support VIKING entities across the globe. As part of it you will be joining the global HR team who owns the global people processes, HR system and master data governance, using SAP SuccessFactors as our major HRIS platform.

We have an ambitious business plan, and right now, we are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience and knowledge about HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors or SAP S/4Hanna.

Based at our office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria you will report to the HR & Administration Manager and this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and global environment and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our global HR operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for managing the technical and operational aspects of SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity, and providing support to our HR Admins. This role requires the ability to manage data replication, troubleshooting, import/export processes, training and building reports.

The following tasks and responsibilities can be expected:

  • Manage Data and Settings: Maintain the business configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including updating settings and ensuring the system reflects current HR policies and practices. Managing workflows, role permissions, permissions groups and more
  • Build Reports: Create and manage reports within SuccessFactors to:
    • Support HR decision-making and provide insights into HR processes
    • Support managers in overviewing data, such as Performance appraisal completion status, Time Sheet inputs, Employee data changes etc.m
  • Manage Data Replication Monitor: Oversee the data replication monitor. Monitoring the process between SuccessFactors and SAP to ensure accuracy and timeliness in data replication. Troubleshooting and backend support for the admin team
  • Import and Export Data: Handle the transfer of data into and out of SuccessFactors, maintaining data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Documentation and Guidelines: Document system functionalities and processes. Develop and maintain SOP’s, User guidelines and master data foundation documents
  • User Training and Support: Introducing new modules and updates to our global HR community

Your profile
The successful candidate has:

  • Proven experience in managing SuccessFactors
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to build reports
  • Good and honest communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the HR team and other stakeholders

Preferred skills (not required)

  • Experience with data replication tools and processes
  • Experience in SAP HR module (not a must)
  • Knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices

Since our corporate language is English, you have great English skills – both written and oral.
