As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for overlooking and optimizing our production schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products.

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
• Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, to coordinate and streamline production processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
• Work with the production team to address any challenges or disruptions to the production schedule and propose effective solutions.
• Utilize advanced planning tools and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in production planning.
• Standardize the planning process AÇU and KAL operations;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Relations, International trade or related areas
• Intermediate/Fluent English (able to communicate well and lead meetings)
• Desire experience in production planning or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire experience in using production planning software and tools (Excel, Advanced Planning and Scheduling it will be a differential)
