We’re now looking for a Growth Account Manager (B2B). In this role, you will:

  • Manage existing clients in our Growth segment and make them grow
  • Nurture a smaller number of prospect accounts to win them over
  • Be accountable for all Eficode business in the assigned customer accounts

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Manage existing clients in Growth segment (account load based on region, typically around 15 – 25) and actively farm, grow and expand these accounts
  • Pursue and land qualified leads; hunt for new opportunities from internal sources (e.g., demand generation, marketing, partner leads)
  • Actively pursue expansion opportunities across full portfolio with a focus to shift account mix in account
  • Proactively account plan and implement account strategy, including resource orchestration (grow network/stakeholders in the account)
  • Coordinate with specialists from business area specialists to maximize footprint in accounts
  • Apply both offering and IT Services market knowledge to the understanding of client needs within across wholistic Eficode solutions
  • Focus on growing market share with clients and enhance their capabilities through working with business area specialists
  • Works with support functions (license sales & CSM, as needed) for account management and to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work in collaboration with delivery consultants, service managers, and CSMs to ensure efficient delivery of Eficode solutions

About you:

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of similar B2B sales experience, preferably from the software industry and/or it consulting services
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce to guide your work

Education:

  • Post high school degree in sales/it-sales (desirable but not required)

Skills:

  • Skilled in value based & custom centric selling methods
  • Languages; Strong command of Swedish since you will be working in Sweden with Swedish customers & colleagues and also English which is our corporate language, and also the language of many of our customers.

Competencies:

  • Strong communicator, ability to uncover customers needs and devise applicable and sometimes complex it solutions
  • Comfortable in using digital means of communication like email, chat & video conferencing tools.

Practicalities
Employment Terms:
The role is a full time position, 40 hours per week with ability to flex. We use a 6-month probationary period for all new employees

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid opportunity, requiring at least 2-3 days per week on-site in our Göteborg office.

Reporting:
The role reports to the Head of Sales for Sweden.
