This is a one-year fixed-term contract with a potential start date of 1st June 2025. No relocation will be offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities
Being a part of a great team with 3 colleagues, with the shared responsibility to plan the overall novelty element flow, to enable empowered teams and operational excellence.
Plan the Portfolio
- Create a high-level execution flow-plan on novelty and new colour elements for all our novelty products, based on output from the rough-cut portfolio plan and close interaction with Project Leaders, Element Design Department and global Element Production sites. The element plan will ensure a levelled workload across all production sites and ensure all elements are available.
- Create plans by coordinating, prioritizing, and ordering elements, textiles, stickers etc. with the purpose of ensuring a feasible consolidated end-to-end plan. This involves understanding of the element value chain and working closely with various functional specialists and leaders.
- You find pride in top-quality deliveries but are also able to balance and prioritize your deliveries based on time constraints and cost in an environment where change is the norm.

Play your part in our team succeeding
We are a central player in building early forecasts and rolling 12-months overviews on 3 different levels: frozen horizon, assumption, and forecast plans. We constantly learn and improve the planning principles and data to enable better forecasting and flexibility for decision makers.
Do you have what it takes?
- Project Planner experience either from bigger pipeline/larger supply chain set ups, from Product Development, design organization or similar
- Proven experience in various planning methods from traditional waterfall planning towards various agile planning methods
- You have demonstrated that you can impact business results within a matrix organization where project organisation meets line organisation, and many priorities are at play
- Proven strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills across many levels within an organisation
- Track-record of using data for impactful visual presentation and decision support, Excel skills at advanced level, knowledge of Power BI and SAP is an advantage
- Proficiency in English
