Your role

As LEAN Professional you will be driving LEAN behaviors and mindsets by coaching teams on use of tools to drive self-sufficiency in each area. The role will also include the following responsibilities:

• Contributing to the overall LEO strategy via support to the Site Ballerup production areas and Product & Process Technology (P&PT) (former CMC) through facilitation of improvements and changes
• Interacting with TDS (Technical Development and Supply) LEAN Community representing the Site Ballerup and P&PT, ensuring a global alignment when needed
• Implementing LEAN systems and processes to embed the LEAN way of working through Visual management, 5S, Structured problem solving and more
• Driving technical LEAN projects/workshops (Rapid Improvement Events/Blitz Kaizen) to achieve process improvement, yield improvement, waste elimination, deviation reduction, cost optimization etc.
• Facilitating Strategy & Goal Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) to develop and cascade site goals and strategic direction

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Minimum LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Scientific or Engineering discipline
• Experience driving changes
• Business mindset to standardize and optimize processes and behaviours
• Ability to work independently to ensure progress, combined with the ability to challenge the status quo on both conceptual levels but also detailed shop floor discussions
• Good facilitation skills and ability to engage and lead people/groups during a change

Your new team

You will join a dedicated LEAN team comprising yourself, an engineering intern from DTU Ballerup and your manager. The team collaborates closely with all site colleagues, providing you with the opportunity to interact with various departments and professionals. We highly value strong team spirit and emphasize the importance of building effective relationships with your colleagues.
