The Role & Department
The Student Worker, DE&I supports the Global DE&I team, as an integrated part of HR. This individual will be reporting directly to our VP, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities Include
You will be partly responsible for and co-creating with the global DE&I team several activities within DE&I:

  • Posting DE&I updates and awareness in Genmab’s internal channels.
  • Updating DE&I page on our intranet EverYday.
  • Support ERG´s (Employee Resource Groups).
  • Support our own Genmab developed well-being app.
  • Create surveys to learn about the impact of DE&I in Genmab.

Requirements

  • You're ideally in the final semester of your bachelor's degree or beginning your master's in HR, organizational design, DE&I, or a related social science field.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of how to develop training materials and small videos.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of DE&I.
  • Ability to be proactive, enthusiastic and a self-starter who flourishes in working independently and in teams.
  • A team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of internal (other HR CoEs) and external stakeholders to support DEI and global HR strategy.
  • Strong communication skills in English - both oral and written is a requirement.

This position is located in our HQ in Copenhagen, and we expect you to be working 15-20 hours per week with flexible hours.
