  • Supporting strategic projects from the early sales/tender phase, providing procurement insights for better decision-making
  • Developing the Operational Procurement organization’s capabilities and employees’ competencies to meet future requirements
  • Contributing to Procurement & Supply Chain Management meetings, sharing best practices across the organisation.

Your profile and qualifications:
You bring solid experience in procurement and supply chain management and thrive in an international and complex business environment. You understand the intersection between procurement, inventory management, and business strategy and can translate this into value-driven solutions.

Your qualifications include:

  • Proven leadership experience, with direct people management responsibilities and experience with planning and executing lasting cultural changes in a team
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, including expertise in cost drivers, demand planning, and supply chain optimisation
