WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Customer Success to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend strategic vision with hands-on operational execution, embodying the startup spirit that defines Moonboon.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive growth.
• Customer Success Oversight: Lead the customer success team to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Development: Mentor and manage sales and customer success teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product development, and key leadership, including the CEO and heads of departments, to align strategies with company objectives.
• Market and Customer Insight: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform product development.
• Operational Excellence: Engage directly in sales and customer success activities, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional service.
• Performance Analysis: Prepare and present forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

Sales and Customer Service Coordinator Moonboon is a Danish company with the mission to enhance the sleep quality of babies and children through innovative products, designed by sleep experts and with respect for the environment, all whilst representing Scandinavian design. As our Digital Designer / Digital Art Director / Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating Moonboon’s visual identity across all digital channels. You will collaborate closely with our CMO and the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and engaging brand experience that balances aesthetics with performance-driven design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all digital touchpoints to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across the website, email, social media, and paid channels.
• Lead and enhance Moonboon’s presence on organic social media by developing engaging visual content guidelines and maintaining a strong brand identity.
• Establish and maintain guidelines for tone of voice in copy, ensuring consistency across all digital content.
• Conceptualize and develop new ad creatives for paid social, working closely with the marketing team to drive engagement and conversions.
• Assist with photoshoots in collaboration with the creative team, ensuring high-quality and on-brand imagery in relevant formats.
• Elevate the design of our newsletters, improving layout, visuals, and user experience to maximize impact.
• Create mockups and visual designs for the website, balancing brand aesthetics with best-practice conversion and upsell strategies.
• Collaborate with the CMO, Marketing Manager, and Digital Marketing Specialist to continuously improve Moonboon’s brand perception across all digital channels.
• Stay up to date on digital design trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to keep Moonboon’s brand visually compelling.
• Ensure high-quality execution of digital assets, including banners, landing pages, and campaign visuals.
• Analyze performance data with our Digital Marketing Specialist and iterate on creative assets, leveraging insights from A/B testing and marketing analytics.

Graphic Design & Content Creation Intern THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a creative mind with a passion for graphic design, content creation, and digital storytelling? Moonboon is looking for a Graphic Design & Content Creation Intern to join our marketing team in Copenhagen. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in an ambitious and fast-growing company that values creativity and initiative.

As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll work closely with our Art Director and the branding & marketing team to bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. You’ll be involved in everything from production of sales catalogues, UX design, ad creation, photography and content production for social media.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create printed magazines and sales catalogues for retail distribution.
• Create digital campaigns for social media and paid advertising in multiple languages.
• Shoot and edit picture (and video) content for ads, social media, and our website.
• Develop website and app mockups to enhance the user experience.
• Contribute to brand storytelling through photography and graphics.
• Be part of content production, whether it’s snapping packshot pictures or styling engaging visuals.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A creative and proactive mindset—we value people who bring ideas to the table!
• A student of graphic design, multimedia design, concept development, or a related communication field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with either photography or image editing.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

No camera experience? Never set up a magazine layout before? No problem! We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything. We’ll tailor the internship to focus on your strengths and the areas you’re eager to learn more about. What matters most to us is a curious mindset and a willingness to grow.
