Job Description
As an IT Supporter at the Muhelhan Group, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems across various US locations. You will be the first point of contact for end-users experiencing IT issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the IT infrastructure team, managing external suppliers, and supporting ERP projects. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks and provide on-site support when necessary.
The IT Supporter is part of the IT department and will be reporting to the Head of Network Infrastructure located in Germany. The position is a full-time role, and you will be working from one of our offices in Fairfield (CA), Lafayette (LA). Traveling to our US locations must be expected.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to end-users, addressing and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
- Liaise with the IT infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Oversee ERP project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Take responsibility for IT operations at various US locations, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
- Provide on-site and remote support as needed at different US locations.
- Monitoring adherence to IT processes and compliance rules at different US locations.
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to various US locations for on-site support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
