Can you navigate the complex interaction between business processes & IT and translate business and user expectations into good business solutions?
We are looking for a Product Owner for one of our CRM squads in the Corporate Customer Engagement tribe in Danske Bank. Our aim is to enable Data Driven Advisory, both through Digital Customer Channels and by empowering Business Customer (BC) and Large Corporate & Institutions (LC&I) advisors with Customer Insights in our CRM solution.
We work in a scaled agile set-up, with cross-functional squads staffed with a mix of business and functional specialists, developers, data engineers, etc. We are a relatively new tribe, so you will be part of building up the tribe as a unit and set your mark on how we operate. Your colleagues in the Tribe will be located across Denmark and India, and we collaborate closely with other Tribes and strategic units.
Your role
As a Product Owner, you will help capture and prioritise our CRM users’ preferences, then support the squad to deliver associated value. You will be responsible for setting the direction of your backlog and deliveries, which contribute to the product strategy of your portfolio. You will also be responsible for the preparation of requirements, planning sprints and managing key stakeholders across the bank:
- Lead 10-12 people in a cross-functional squad/team, secure high engagement, and great teamwork, create vision for the squad, direct and guide the squad members, though you will not have HR responsibilities.
- Be responsible for planning and prioritizing deliveries and ensuring that the squad delivers the outcomes agreed that contribute to the strategy and vision of the area/tribe/domain.
- Be initiative owner, develop and take ownership for the full process from idea to implementation, often in close collaboration with other squads.
- Ensure transparency and close dialogue with internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

- Experience with Ms Dynamics is a plus
You will be reporting to the Tribe Lead. We work most days from the office but allow flexibility with 1 – 2 days of working from home. Your working place will be at Danske Bank’s new Domicile at Postgrunden in Central Copenhagen.
