The Team:

We are on the lookout for a talented Developer to drive innovation and automation within our Outbound Communication Products team. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing our in-house systems, aligning with business and technical goals, and advancing the organisation towards smarter, automated processes.

Role Overview:
As a Developer, you will be at the forefront of system development, ensuring our communication platforms are cutting-edge and efficient. You will work closely with users, understanding their needs to deliver impactful solutions. Your passion for technology and data will help bring our business objectives to life, while your embrace of new technologies will keep us ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the front-end of communication systems.
• Collaborating with back-end and data engineering leads to support system enhancements.
• Partner with developers and business stakeholders to create new functionalities, including A/B testing and AI integration.
• Continuously improve code quality, system functionalities, and reliability.

Candidate Profile:

You have a strong background in front-end development and a comprehensive understanding of back-end processes. Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in React, Node.js, and Python development (2+ years of working experience).
• Skilled in testing with Cypress and pytest.
• Familiarity with SQL, FastAPI, Airflow, Kafka, and Docker is a plus.
• Experience in back-end development and knowledge of DevOps CI/CD practices is beneficial.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
