Our Marketing Department in Vedbæk, Denmark is looking for a
Wholesale Marketing Manager
(m/f/d) (100%)
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing plans across hyper wholesale distribution channels for the sloggi brand. Working closely with the sales team, you will ensure effective and ‘on brand’ communication, driving visibility, engagement, and conversion in key commercial hyper accounts. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team throughout the wholesale process, from B2B to B2C, ensuring strong sell-in and sell-thru strategies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong internal relationships with Sales & Product teams to align marketing plans with commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with sales & product teams to support the sell-in of new products & concepts, including trade shows and events.
- Develop ‘on brand’ tools and communication assets to secure new business opportunities.
- Create and implement B2C bespoke marketing plans for key hyper accounts across the Nordics, ensuring brand visibility in stores and maximizing sell-thru.
- Develop localized trade marketing assets (POS, shelf talkers, digital screen content) in alignment with EU markets.
- Establish streamlined B2C marketing approaches for lower-level hyper accounts through seasonal marketing support.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance, calculating ROI and sharing insights with the sales team.
- Manage budgets for hyper marketing investments, vendor relations, and invoice processing.
- Ensure alignment of hyper marketing plans with broader global and European marketing strategies.
Your Ideal Profile:
- You have relevant experience in wholesale or trade marketing within a similar industry
- You have gained extensive experience working with hyper/FMCG accounts
- You have a proven track record in building brand presence in stores, driving engagement and sell-thru
- You possess project management skills, successfully delivering within tight deadlines
- You have excellent understanding of social media, industry trends, and market insights
- You have strong organisational and planning skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects effectively
- You demonstrate strong commercial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- You are a relationship builder, fostering meaningful internal and external connections
- You are a team player with a collaborative and proactive mindset
