To support our clients in operating, maintaining, repairing or renewing their structures, we are looking for a Project Manager or Specialist to join our team. You will become a part of our Danish business within Marine, Tunnels and Bridge structures with over 600 new colleagues and an integrated part of our two teams working with existing structures and shares specialist services across all sectors.
We actively work to integrate innovative solutions such as AI and BIM into our projects to optimize processes and create value. Currently, we are working with projects like Langebro Bridge in central Copenhagen, the New Lillebælt Bridge, Farø Bridge, Møn Bridge, Great Belt Bridge, but also smaller, but often complicated structures in Scandinavia.
Your key responsibility will depend on your experience and position but will most likely be within:
- Lead repair or renewal projects within infrastructure in Denmark and Scandinavia.
- Manage framework agreements for public clients.
- Engage, develop, guide and support people on our projects via your function.
- Prepare tender material for clients.
- Perform construction management for our clients.
- Perform site supervision on projects or oversee a supervision team.
- Manage inspection teams, elaborate maintenance and repair strategies for structures.
- Based on your experience, we will establish a suitable mentorship and onboarding programme to ensure that you quickly become familiar with our systems and can continuously develop your professional skills.

The first step to success in this role is that you are willing to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises.
On top of that, you will have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Civil Engineering.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience within O&M of infrastructure either as a Specialist, Generalist or Project Manager or a combination hereof. Alternatively, you might have a background as a contractor or as infrastructure owner.
- You can communicate professionally in English both verbally and in writing. Danish language skills would be a great benefit as most tender material and customers are working in Nordic languages.
- You have a valid driver's license for a car in Denmark.
