How To Contribute To Our Vision

• Support the implementation of Design to cost projects including stakeholder alignment, communications.
• Support the Value engineers in the monthly creation of KPl reporting.
• Drive and Own design analyses task from manufacturability perspective (Support from VE's).
• Organizing workshop around structural design deep dives, and value stream mapping.
• Prepare scenario analysis and support customer journey mapping.
• Independent creation of Business case templates for our ST&VE team according to the needs.
• Support in planning activity for Strategy and value engineering team.

What You Need to Make a Difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for.

• You are in a Master study and have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to understand on CAD Drawings, NX or willing to develop skills around Design investigations.
• Understanding of Cost calculation/simulation tool is big Plus.
• You have worked already or want to work in cross-functional and/or international teams
• You are fluent in English language.
• You have gained advanced knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word, Power BI)
• You are motivated, self-driven, confided, a team player who is result and quality orientated.
