About the role
As the Manager for Facilities Commissioning Management, you will lead and oversee the commissioning process for pharmaceutical facilities. You will establish a new team within our Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) Management department of 5-10 employees and ensure effective collaboration across our disciplines.

In this role you will also contribute with your profound knowledge and skills to meet project needs. Meaning stepping into projects when needed and step out once structures are set up and projects are well-established. As your team grows, you will ensure good coordination and assist in integrating new colleagues on site.

Our C&Q department consists of over 30 C&Q Managers, Leads, Engineers, and LOTO Officers, all working within systems and equipment commissioning. Alongside two other managers, you will ensure the world's largest insulin production facilities are built and commissioned to the highest standards.

How you might spend your days
As a Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and develop a growing team of Commissioning Managers for Facilities scope.
  
• Develop and improve processes and systems for commissioning of HVAC, BMS, Building Utilities, Building Electrical, etc.
  
• Lead by example and foster a strong team culture and Work Life Balance.
  
• Manage stakeholders effectively.
  
• Work primarily in Kalundborg, with regular visits to our Head Office in Virum and Copenhagen portfolio sites.

The miles you’ve walked

• Relevant M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical, Marine or Electrical Engineering (or similar).
  
• Proven leadership experience managing large projects and diverse project teams.
  
• A solid track record in mentoring and coaching employees at all levels.
  
• Extensive site facility management experience (HSE, construction, commissioning), ideally in pharma, biotech, or process industries.
  
• Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
