PharmaRelations is a growing Consultancy firm, and we are now looking for a Head of Quality Assurance.

What you will do:
This multifaceted role requires a strategic blend of sales, leadership and strategic as well as operational responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in developing the in-house Quality Assurance function at PharmaRelations as well as new services for our customers.

In this role you will lead a department of senior QA consultants, develop the services, find new clients and assignments for the team. Most importantly you have a genuine interest in people. You will report to the Executive Vice President of Compliance Division (RA/QA/PV), be responsible for the QA budget and you will be part of the Nordic Management team for In-house Services.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a strong background in Quality Assurance, who has leadership qualities and hands-on expertise.

To be an ideal fit for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a university degree in relevant field (Pharmacist, or similar)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry and/or regulatory bodies.
• Business minded with an interest in sales and marketing of our services
• Leadership experience is advantageous
