What will be your role?
As a Marketing Content Specialist based in the downtown Copenhagen domicile, you will be responsible for developing and managing compelling content across various platforms, particularly focusing on video production and storytelling in relation to the Danish market. However, you will be part of a Nordic marketing team, and your projects may span multiple markets and functions within the bank.

This role offers the opportunity to help shape our Nordic content strategies and drive engagement with our audiences, ranging from smaller companies to our largest business customers. You'll ensure impactful delivery that aligns with our marketing KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with your colleagues, marketing managers and Paid Media specialist, to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that support “Always-on” marketing activities across DK/Nordics, with a strong focus on video content. Furthermore, you will play an important role in connection to the Sustain Tomorrow platform (Sustain Tomorrow | Danske Bank) and the production of content for our various formats.
• Produce and oversee the creation of high-quality video content that resonates with target audiences and can help create attention and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, including ad agencies and production companies, to craft and scale content initiatives with commercial targets.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations for content projects, ensuring efficient production workflow.
• Analyse content effectiveness, report on results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies, integrating insights into content initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

• An experienced content professional with over 3 years of experience, preferably with experience at an ad agency or production company.
• Strong expertise in video production, storytelling, and multimedia content creation.
• B2B content creation knowledge is highly valued.
• A proactive, creative individual with a passion for storytelling and the ability to balance long-term brand positioning with short-term engagement-focused content.
• Skilled communicator and a committed team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is forward-thinking in relevant forums to present and create engagement for our content initiatives.
