THE OPPORTUNITY
Join our dynamic CRM team and help shape meaningful customer experiences by seamlessly blending technology, data, and content. We use data to craft personalized, high-impact communications across email, app push notifications, and SMS—ensuring our customers enjoy a world-class experience.
As a Marketing Automation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in executing and optimizing daily CRM campaigns. You’ll contribute to building automated customer journeys and enhancing personalization efforts, directly influencing customer engagement and retention.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual at the start of their CRM career, eager to learn and apply best-in-class marketing automation strategies. You’ll collaborate with experienced CRM specialists and marketing automation developers to identify opportunities within the customer lifecycle and drive impactful campaigns.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Execute CRM Campaigns: Build, select target group, and deploy daily campaigns across email, app, and SMS channels.
- Monitor & Optimize: Track campaign and journey performance, providing insights to enhance engagement.
- Automate Customer Journeys: Develop and refine automated email programs in collaboration with CRM colleagues.
- Enhance Personalization: Assist in testing personalization hypotheses to improve relevance and effectiveness.
- Support & Troubleshoot: Help resolve technical issues to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Drive CRM Projects: Assist in strategic CRM development initiatives aimed at accelerating growth through personalized customer communications.
YOUR PROFILE
To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven marketing. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, and bring a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. A creative problem-solver, you enjoy experimenting with new ideas and optimizing ways of working.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Marketing, or a related technical field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms (e.g., SFMC, Braze, Adobe, Bloomreach, Voyado, etc.) is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is just as valuable.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, and AmpScript (SFMC) is a plus
- Fluent in English
