Health and Safety Officer

In the role as Health and Safety Officer you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. As a member of the GN Poland Service Delivery Center team, you will engage in a meaningful scope of work.

Health and Safety Officer - part-time role (20% working time).

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be:

• Coordinating Health & Safety failure investigation and verifying effectiveness of corrective actions implemented.
• Providing Health and Safety & Fire Prevention training to new employees, as well as visitors and contractors employees.
• Performing Risks Assessments and Polish legislative requirements for all activities.
• Providing H&S support to employees and managers.
• Implementing and coordinating the H&S Programs, Policies and Procedures for the location. Maintaining and updating Safety Standards.
• Monitoring and taking action to ensure compliance with Polish H&S regulations.

To effectively fulfill the role, we imagine that you:

• Have a higher education, necessary according to Polish legal requirements in Occupational Health and Safety connected with experience on a similar position.
• Can effectively communicate in English and Polish at an advanced level.
• Show remarkable skill in communication.
• Possess the ability to set and manage priorities, resources, performance targets, and project initiatives in a global environment.
