Job Description

We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Corporate Functions, Talent Acquisition team at our headquarters in Nordborg. You’ll be part of a global team that works across countries to attract the best talents for Danfoss. From day one, you will be paired with experienced colleagues who will support your learning journey and provide insight into our recruitment processes.

Job Responsibilities
If you join us, you will be responsible for all student and intern recruitment, ensuring a great experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will also play a key role in optimizing our talent acquisition processes, working with data, and helping to make our recruitment setup even more efficient.

  • Help optimize and document recruitment processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Work with data and reporting in Excel to analyze hiring trends and recruitment metrics.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives that help us attract top talent.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc HR and recruitment-related tasks that support the Talent Acquisition team.

We are looking for a proactive and structured student who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn. Your field of study is not the most important factor—what truly matters is your mindset, problem-solving skills, and willingness to take initiative.

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • You are enrolled in higher education
  • Have a natural interest in recruitment, people, and process optimization.
  • Be comfortable working with Excel and handling data-driven tasks.
  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be a clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • Have a proactive, independent, and structured approach to work.
