Business Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Commercial setup across sales, procurement and production/product development. In the role you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the business, working across the organization with exposure to senior management.

You will become part of our Commercial Excellence team consisting of project managers and specialist driving value creation through optimization of our commercial processes and platforms. Depending on your profile, you may work closest with our procurement organization or production/product development organization.

The role involves high complexity, with tasks ranging from operational execution to tactical planning and strategic initiatives, providing a diverse and dynamic work experience. The type of projects and tasks will vary over time, but might include amongst others: driving cross-functional projects, defining, optimizing and implementing processes, preparing business cases, follow-up on strategy implementation and support senior management on selected initiatives incl. organizational implementation initiatives, facilitate planning workshops etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management: Lead, structure and support cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
• Data analysis and analytical support: Conduct quantitative analysis to create data-driven business cases and decision material for senior management.
• Organizational implementation: Drive change management and implementation initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
• Process optimization and documentation:
• Operational & Tactical Support: Follow up on tactical initiatives to provide senior management with comprehensive, fact-based overview of ongoing initiatives.
• KPI Monitoring: Collaborate with key departments in the functional areas (e.g. category organisation, quality, warehousing, master data etc.) to gather, monitor and report on KPIs.

Qualifications:
As a person, you pose the ability to adapt to shifting prioritizes, work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Further, you are proactive and bring positive mindset towards problem solving.

• A master’s degree in business administration, engineering or similar.
• Project management experience preferably in a cross-functional and procurement setting.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience creating decision materials for senior stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to monitoring progress and maintaining project alignment with business goals.
• Experience with process and framework optimization.
• Experience from a procurement, production or product development setting is considered an advantage.
• Technical proficiency in Excel, Think-Cell, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and Power BI.
• High level of integrity, capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
