About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of our UI/UX design function and play a key role in shaping the customer experience.

You will drive user research, UX/UI design, and product strategy, ensuring our platform delivers an intuitive and engaging user experience. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you’ll define customer success metrics, improve usability, and develop a scalable design system.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of design at Tembi and directly impact how businesses interact with market intelligence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute user research to deeply understand our customers' needs.
• Own and establish customer value metrics to drive design decisions.
• Design user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI components to enhance the overall experience.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineers to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
• Contribute to product strategy, ensuring the design aligns with business objectives.
• Bring others along on the journey, mentoring and effectively delegating tasks.
• Take part in product management activities, ensuring design decisions are data-driven and user-focused.
• Ensure UI/UX sign-off on existing sprint work in Jira.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Deep understanding of design thinking and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
• Familiarity with analytics and tools like Google Analytics or Piwik Pro to measure user engagement.
• Proven track record of designing scalable systems and working closely with engineers to bring them to life.
• Self-starter mindset, comfortable taking ownership and driving design initiatives forward.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
