You will be joining us on our journey to improve our R&D processes. You will work with stakeholders across the organization and will have a variety of tasks related to process maintenance and improvement. These including include contributing to current state assessments, process updates, training material etc.
The Team You Will be Part of
As our new Student Assistant for our Systems & Processes Excellence Team in R&D, we offer you the opportunity to be part of an innovative team at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark. You will work in a hybrid, global and engaging work environment and report to the head of the team Hans Kristian Aage Nielsen. The team's identity is shaped by their enthusiasm, collaborative spirit, and a focus on improving processes in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Contribute in to process improvement work (including documentation updates)
- Create PowerPoint presentations (e.g. training material) and graphs/tables
- Create flow diagrams, graphs and tables (e.g. MS Visio)
- Create excel macros
- Create and maintain MS power apps
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you
- Are in the last year of your bachelors or at the beginning of your masters within IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Communication or similar fields of studies
- May have knowledge of IT & Technology in general – but this is however, not a prerequisite for the position – it is however, important that you are diligent, structured, motivated, have a sense for details, and can manage responsibilities
- Have significant knowledge working with Microsoft Office
- Have practical experience working with Microsoft power platform
- Are organized with a prepared and structured approach to your work
- Have a wish to develop your skillset and take responsibility
- Possess effective communication skills and are fluent in both written and spoken English
- Are capable of managing your own schedule, curious, communicative, and social
- Have significant knowledge working with Microsoft Office
- Are good at coordinating Project /tasks coordination abilities
