About the Role
As our Data & Analytics Manager, you'll lead our Data & Analytics team, overseeing data platform and analytics capabilities to enable strategic, data-driven decision-making across the business. You'll be the go-to person for all things data, collaborating closely with colleagues in different departments and roles to foster a data-driven culture in the company.
Your mission? To set the long-term vision and strategy for data at Visma Spcs, ensuring it's in sync with our core business objectives. You'll have a holistic view, transforming us into a truly data-driven organization that thrives on innovation and business value.Together with your team of experts, everything is possible.
Your key responsibilities
- Own Visma Spcs’ Data Strategy: Ensure our strategy integrates both business needs and long-term technical requirements.
- Champion Data Literacy: Promote the value of data-informed decision-making across departments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure data initiatives align with operational goals and engage all stakeholders across the organization.
- Data Governance: Take overall responsibility for data governance, balancing innovative practices with regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire our Data & Analytics team, promoting both professional and personal growth in an engaging environment.
Who we believe you are
- Proven Leadership: Experience leading large-scale data transformation journeys
- Business Acumen: A solid understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle and best practices. Hands-on data experience is a plus!
- Team Management: Experience leading data and analytics professionals daily with great knowledge about building effective and secure teams
- Strong communication skills: You know how to communicate to create engagement and clarity (in Swedish and in English)
- Solid background: Relevant education and proven experience from similar roles
