Danfoss Climate Solutions, Talent Acquisition is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Student Worker to join our Talent Acquisition team 10-15 hours per week. You will help our recruiters improve the candidate experience and boost our employer brand.

Job Responsibilities
As our new student worker, your main responsibilities will include managing recruitments for students, interns, and project writers, as well as supporting blue-collar recruitments within Danfoss Climate Solutions. Additionally, you will:

  • Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, helping to identify those who best fit our needs.
  • Support the administrative side of recruitment, including job postings and candidate communication.
  • Help with talent pipeline management and other tasks to streamline recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on various ad-hoc tasks related to recruitment initiatives and projects.

Background & Skills
We are looking for a self-motivated Student Worker to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, work with experienced recruiters, and play a key role in attracting top talent to Danfoss.

To thrive in this role, you should:

  • Currently be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have a high interest in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably with some experience from coursework, internships, or student jobs.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Be detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining high quality.
  • Be comfortable using digital tools and eager to explore modern recruitment methods.
  • Be fluent in both English and Danish.

In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for Danfoss.
