About the role
We are on the lookout for a proactive Student Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition team at our office in Virum. This part-time position offers hands-on experience with a variety of tasks and projects.
In your role, you’ll be a key member of our team of eight dedicated professionals specialising in employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding, where you’ll support the team approximately 20 hours per week.

How you might spend your days
As our new Student Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing employer branding activities and related communications, such as coordinating fairs and events.
- Playing a vital role in the recruitment team by creating job ads, job videos and more.
- Assisting with executing and improving our award-nominated onboarding activities.
- Producing content and communication materials for internal and external channels (intranet and social media).
- Supporting with various HR-related ad hoc tasks (a diverse range of responsibilities that can't all be predicted).

- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HRM, Communications, or a similar field.
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in both English and Danish.
- Experience in administrative daily operations and proficiency in the MS-office package.
