ELN QEHS Specialist - Viby

Location: Viby J, DK

Join our dynamic QEHS team at Arla as Early Life Nutrition (ELN) QEHS Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality assurance of our ELN products.

You will join ELN & Organic within the Global QEHS at our offices in Viby J. Here, you will work alongside experienced colleagues focusing on product and quality regulations and standards within ELN as well as organic certifications.

How you will make an impact
As we transition our ELN production to an external manufacturer with whom we are building a partnership, your expertise will be vital in setting specifications, manufacturing standards, and conducting audits. You will also work closely with our Chinese regulatory area to meet specific requirements. Your key responsibilities will be to:

Support successful production of Arla ELN products at new external Partnership (Contract Manufacturer)

• Define Product Specifications:
  • Ensure monitoring program requirements for products are established
  • Ensure testing program for product release are in place
  • Align our new partner and our Chinese colleagues on quality criteria and functionality
• Audit and follow up on production performance (3 production sites in France)
• Ensure procedures in place for complaint handling
• Ad Hoc QA Support on transition project and dossiers for registration.

Have routine quality and regulatory follow-ups – China Market and link to production sites

• Follow up on complaints from Chinese market
• Ensure monitoring program is following latest China monitoring program
• Ensure coordination of product testing, and test data and COA are available and shared with relevant stakeholders
• Regulatory update related to production, GMP, product testing, contaminant, crisis, and factory registration in China ect. are followed and understood in time

We are looking for a colleague who enjoys hitting the books and gaining expertise within a particular field – that be either a market or a product segment.

Moreover, you must be confident in a global role, acting as a trusted advisor to the business. You will be maneuvering in a highly dynamic organisation, with tasks involving multiple stakeholders.

To succeed in the role as ELN QEHS Specialist, we believe you have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in food science or a related field. You also have current experience as a QA expert with strong audit competencies within ELN. Additionally, you must be able to speak and understand Chinese, with insights into Chinese regulatory aspects of ELN products and manufacturing.
