We are looking for a Global Product Manager for Companion Diagnostics (CDx) to join our team in Global Pathology Marketing. A CDx is a diagnostic test which provides information that is essential for the safe and effective use of a specific drug.
This is an opportunity for you to work in a true global commercial context where market insights, product knowledge and interaction with pharma partners come together to develop the best solutions and go-to-market plans for pharma partners.

In a cross functional setting, the Global Product Manager CDx will:
- Lead development and execution of impactful launch strategies and tactics for companion diagnostic products in close collaboration with pharma partners, factoring in regional market characteristics
- Own life cycle management for companion diagnostic products on the market including strategy and business cases
- Continuously monitor market and customer requirements for new diagnostic assays to ensure the design meets end-user needs and solution workflow requirements
- Drive activities related to launching/promoting new and existing products
- Serve as primary point of contact with Pharma partners for launch planning and commercialization activities
- Contribute to sustaining and growing a good working environment in cross-functional work settings, representing commercial aspects in close dialogue with key stakeholders like Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Operations, Sales, R&D groups as well as external partners
Qualifications
- Relevant scientific background applied in a commercial context OR a commercial background
- Preferably +5 years of business experience in the Medical Device, Pharma or Life Science in similar or related position, experience with CDx programs is a plus
- Customer oriented with a global and commercial mindset and a good track record of working with others in cross-functional groups on a global level
- Analytic, structured and organized
- Great records proving the ability to manage informal leadership in cross-functional groups
- Strong project management skills and ideally experience in managing launches of new products in different regions
- Highly driven and focused on creating results
- Professional presentation, communication and customer facing skills

Location: Copenhagen area is preferred but remote can be an option.
