Global B2B Project Coordinator

BOCONCEPT IS LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL B2B PROJECT COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS TEAM IN HERNING, DENMARK
In this central role, you will focus on delivering professional and proactive support to our franchise partners regarding all types of B2B inquiries. You will also manage a wide range of operational tasks within B2B, including working with product information, calculations, and analyses. You will act as a coordinating bridge between our global B2B competence centers and our central support functions, all of which are involved in supporting our B2B business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage product information - ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Drive data analyses
• Support our global B2B Trade Programme
• Be an active participant in larger B2B projects, where you support our competence centers throughout the entire process
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in all parts of the B2B business
• Participate in operational activities, as an expert in your field; this is a hands-on role that requires rolling up your sleeves and executing tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of experience with coordination, analysis, and project support
• Ability to analyze complex data
• Detail-oriented and conscientious
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools
• Fluent in English.

LOCATION
This role is primarily based in our head office in Herning. You will be part of the global B2B team, collaborating with colleagues at our offices in Copenhagen, London, Düsseldorf, Paris - and around the world. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while also enjoying a modern and informal working environment.
