Join the Culture & Performance team and help us implement global culture and performance initiatives, supporting people engagement and performance as well as leadership development.
As a Student Assistant, you will be part of an informal, collaborative, and engaged team, with ample opportunities for interactions across our global P&C organisation as well as other departments across Hempel.
This position is located at Hempel headquarters in Lyngby, Denmark, with working hours ranging from 15 to 20 hours per week, providing flexibility around exams.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Support administration and continuous development of an internal user-friendly SharePoint site which guides leaders and employees in key processes.
- Support administration of Hempel Academy (internal platform)
- Assist in administration and coordination of Hempel’s global Leadership Development Program and people performance management process
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Organization, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong English skills, verbally and written.
- Experience working with MS Office package.
- Familiar with digital platforms; experience with SharePoint is a plus but not required.
- Strong organisational skills, proactive mentality, collaborative approach, as well as open and curious attitude.
- Ability to work independently and dedicated.
