Primary task and responsibilities

At Scoutz, we pride ourselves on making great software for our banks. From streamlining customer onboarding processes to optimizing credit workflows and enhancing digital experiences for bank customers, we are at the forefront of innovation in the banking industry. Our goal is simple: to empower our member banks with the technologies they need to thrive in the digital age. As a Tech Lead at Scoutz, you key responsibility will be:

  • Establish technical direction and implement best practices in Salesforce development in collaboration with other Tech Leads from Scoutz
  • Assigned to one of our awesome teams, where you will act as a mentor and sparring partner for Software Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and Software Engineers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
  • Design and implement scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions tailored to our member banks’ needs
  • Keep up with Salesforce updates and promote ongoing improvements with an innovative approach

To succeed you will have:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and integration patterns
  • A solid background in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or C#
  • A strong understanding of architectural principles, security, and performance optimization in Salesforce
  • An innovative problem-solving mindset that focuses on delivering continuously incremental value to our member banks
  • Experience in leading technical teams and guiding best practices
  • A customer-centric mindset, ensuring solutions align with business needs
  • Experience with agile methodologies, particularly scrum
  • It is especially important for us that you are a person with a positive attitude, a love for teamwork, and a passion for continuous learning
