What You’ll Be Doing:
As Sr. Manufacturing Support Associate – tech transfer support, your daily work will be a mix of “on-floor activities” and administrative tasks. Since you will spend a lot of your time on “the floor”, it is important that you thrive in this environment.

As an SME you will also participate in cross-functional projects, change management meetings, and assist in the planning of new production processes.

Among other tasks, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and testing new equipment and processes
  • Supporting with technical knowledge for DSM Documentation
  • Planning and executing on the training of operators
  • Creating awareness and a sense of urgency in daily operations

Qualifications
Ideally you have a Bachelors or Master’s degree within Engineering, Pharmacy or similar and preferably 2-5 years of relevant working experience in a cGMP environment e.g., biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

We are hiring for attitude, so we are looking for a candidate who has a lot of drive and has proven interest with working under GMP. You enjoy working hands-on in the production facilities as-well as working with numbers, math, and IT tools. You are very quality-oriented and thorough. You are proactive, responsible, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks. Furthermore, you are a good team player who thrives on setting a good example.

Who You’ll be Working With:
Our Manufacturing support department consists of several smaller teams who cover different areas of support, for this position you will be placed in our Tech Transfer Support team with focus on Upstream processes. We are a small but mighty sub team currently consisting of 6 people who support a variety of tasks towards the shop floor. We operate with a great team spirit and a high willingness to support where needed. Being that we are a small team, we need you to be self-driven and able to prioritize tasks depending on urgency.

Your application
If you are as excited as we are and believe this is the right opportunity for you, please submit your CV and motivation letter in English as soon as possible as we will have ongoing interviews.
For questions, please reach out to Associate Manager, Maria Beyer Orland at e-mail: maria.beyerorland@fujifilm.com
