Join us in this role where you’ll as an IT Product Owner, you'll lead a dynamic team focused on optimizing financial operations, managing licenses, and enhancing mobile telephony. You'll prioritize and drive strategic initiatives, including potential Software Asset Management (SAM), while overseeing the software intake process to align with business demands.

You’ll be part of mobility telephony and intake team in ACO IPL where you, together with your colleagues, will drive optimal financial operations and license management, including potential SAM. Our team is responsible for refining the software intake process to meet business demands, ensuring transparent reporting to senior management. You'll navigate the complexities of telephony contracts across multiple countries, fostering governance, while leading a team of independent thinkers to maintain a comprehensive overview of licenses and operational costs in ACO IPL.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • Driving the optimization of license management (SAM), ensuring efficient processes and transparent reporting to senior management
  • Navigating the complexities of telephony contracts across multiple countries, establishing strong governance for effective usage
  • Refining the software intake process to align with current business needs, enhancing efficiency and responsiveness
  • Leading a team of independent thinkers, fostering individuality while ensuring cohesive collaboration and productivity
  • Developing a robust reporting overview to provide teams with clear insights into licenses and operational costs in ACO IPL.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Have a great understanding on license management – with a focus on cost and license optimization
  • Have a solid understanding of managing Software intake, and the demand from the business
  • Be a great communicator, and the ability to work with stakeholders in procurement, IT and finance
  • Have experience in project/product management – and understand the loop of continuous development of “products”
  • Have a focus on cultural understanding and ensuring a great working environment.
