YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As the Sustainability Analyst you will report to our Head of Sustainability and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development and implementation of our global sustainability strategy and communication, work proactively to ensure sustainability performance and compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards, and contribute to building the Voi brand sustainability content. This will include:

• Sustainability strategy: Collaborate closely with the Head of Sustainability and other colleagues to define and implement Voi’s sustainability strategy, including optimising resource use to reduce environmental impact, and drive progress to position Voi as a global leader in sustainability.
• Monitoring & supporting change: Work continuously to stay up to date on sustainability related regulations, industry peer activity, academic research, assess risk associated with the sustainability goals, and initiate and support change initiatives to achieve key sustainability goals.
• Data collection: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to collect data related to sustainability metrics, e.g. carbon emissions, energy consumption and waste management, ensuring transparency, traceability, accountability and compliance with regulations, e.g. CSRD, CBAM and the EU taxonomy.
• Analysis & reporting: Analyse data and develop recommendations for sustainability management and sustainability performance reports.
• Communication: Support the sustainability-, tender-, investor relations- and marketing teams in crafting and delivering the Voi sustainability narrative based on the strategic sustainability direction and progress.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
We’re looking for an analytical, thorough and solution oriented sustainability professional, with the ability to manage and sanity check large data sets, and collaborate efficiently with diverse stakeholders. Apart from being fluent in English, self-sufficient and goal-oriented, we believe the right person has:

• B.Sc. in Engineering or Business, preferably with a sustainability specialisation
• Experience from management consulting, sustainability consulting or a similar position in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Experience from managing data collection, data analysis and projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience from working with large data sets and data bases, experience using SQL and python is a merit
• Experience of sustainability-, CSR or ESG controlling/reporting, industry standards (e.g. GRI, CSRD) and environmental management system (e.g.ISO 14001) is a merit
• Experience with sustainable procurement and audits of external suppliers is a merit
