Your role in our team
As our new Finance Solution Architect, you will be focusing on taking an architectural lead on our financial solutions – especially with focus on our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (IFS) and our new EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) system. You will be setting the directions within the finance area and working closely with global finance and the rest of IT to lead the changes we are planning for the coming years on our finance solutions as well as our full system footprint.

You will become part of a dedicated Business Application team consisting of 8 colleagues where we thrive to help benefit from the business-critical systems used within Terma. The team have process area knowledge on the processes that support the business and works with:

• System configuration
• Specification of Customizations, Reports, Integrations and Modifications.
• Testing and verification
• Support on system usage
• Upgrades
• Changes management

How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include leading and prioritizing the finance area within the Business Application organization.

You work with our global finance organization and defines the architecture standards for us in the future. Based on common decisions you make this into operational activities and ensures these are delivered by IT and/or the business:

• System finance configuration on modules in IFS (our ERP platform)
• System configuration on EPM platform (new)
• Finance master data
• Planning, specifications and delivering Customizations, Reports, Integrations and Modifications from IT to the business

Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.

• You hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Accountancy
• You have preferably 3-5 years of professional experience
• Experience with business-critical systems (ERP/EPM) is required. We are using IFS for ERP and is in the process of implementing an EPM system
• You have experience in working with a finance organization in setting new standards
