Resource Planning Manager, Service Wind (m/f/x)

Semco Maritime is looking for a dedicated, proactive, and communicative Resource Planning Manager to develop, manage and support our technician teams located in Germany and Denmark. In this essential role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our technicians are effectively managed, have clear development paths, and are optimally allocated to our various projects. Your work will directly impact our project success by making sure we have the right resources and skillsets available at the right time.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of our technician team in Denmark and Germany
- Development and promotion of employees, ensuring the right competency profiles
- Responsibility for efficient resource planning and optimal utilization of technical staff
- Ensuring resource availability according to project requirements in close cooperation with project managers
- Managing external suppliers and cooperation partners in collaboration with procurement
- Actively promoting a positive working atmosphere, taking cultural differences within the international team into consideration
- Supporting HR processes and activities related to talent acquisition and onboarding
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in people management, ideally in an international environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with cultural understanding
- Ability to effectively mediate between different stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Basic technical understanding, preferably in offshore energy or related industries
- High organizational competence, flexibility, and solution-oriented mindset
- Very good language skills in English and German; Danish advantageous
