As an HR Business Partner at Radiometer, you will play a key role in supporting our people leaders and driving our people processes and priorities. You will work closely with people leaders based in Denmark across our non-commercial functions (e.g. R&D, Operations and RAQA) in close collaboration with our HR Directors. This position is based at our entity in Brønshøj, Copenhagen. You will report to the Senior Director of HR Business Partnering and be part of an international team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR colleagues to deliver on a variety of People-related tasks, including sparring on cases with CoE’s involvement, engagement, performance management, resource management, career paths and promotions, managing wellbeing, absence and stress, as well as taking part in relevant leadership and team development workshops and seminars.
- Be part of an engaged and ambitious HR team where we have a strong focus on collaboration and development.
- Explore and utilize our portfolio of Leadership programs and trainings, including our LEAN toolbox called Danaher Business Systems (DBS).
The essential requirements of the job include:
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, and at least 3+ years partnering with business leaders – preferably from larger matrix organizations.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Solid understanding of Danish labor law and knowing when to seek input from the experts.
- Hands-on execution and motivation for conceptual work and dealing with complex matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Analytical mindset to use data to decision making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in hands-on work with org. design, supporting leaders on talent related discussions and workshops, resource management and leadership development.
- Use of Workday or similar HRIS System
