Fiber Project Manager

As a Fiber Project Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in making sure our fiber network stays safe, smart, and ready for the future — even when Denmark’s biggest infrastructure projects (like rebuilding the E45 highway) get in the way.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team ensuring that our cables are exactly where they need to be — and not where they shouldn’t. From managing contractors to liaising with local authorities and planning maintenance or repairs, you’ll work to minimize disruptions, avoid incidents, and keep the quality high and costs down.

Some days will be about measurements and inspections. Others about coordinating forced fiber moves, reviewing plans, or solving unexpected hiccups. But every day will be about protecting what keeps Denmark connected.

What you’ll be working on:

• Handling maintenance, fiber relocations and permanent repairs across the Danish fiber network

• Acting as the go-to person for local authorities, municipalities, and contractors

• Planning and executing projects that prevent damage and reduce downtime

• Making decisions that balance budget and quality

• Participating in ongoing improvement initiatives within the team

To be part of this journey, we believe you’ll need:

• Project management experience within fiber or telecom-related environments

• Experience working with local authorities and municipalities

• A driver’s license and comfort with on-site work

• Professional proficiency in English & Danish

You’ll be joining our Fiber Operations team, with colleagues spread across Denmark — including Copenhagen and Jutland — and working closely with other teams across the Nordics. This role is based on-site in Stilling, Jutland, with some travel as needed.
