We are implementing SAP SuccessFactors, a leading Human Capital Management software that helps businesses optimize their HR processes, improve employee experiences, and drive organizational agility. SAP SuccessFactors offers solutions for core HR, talent management, learning, and analytics, enabling businesses to manage their workforce effectively.
As a HR Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in Denmark. You will work closely with the project team to ensure smooth coordination of project activities.
You will play an important role in:
- Coordinate project activities such as scheduling meetings and sending communication materials.
- Plan and coordinate testing, translation, and change activities.
- Prepare training and change materials.
- Assist in the development and distribution of project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the project team in tracking progress and resolving issues.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decisions.
- Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
We imagine that you:
- Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Business, Management, or a related field).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in HR and project management is desirable.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
