Project Manager (Maternity cover)

We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of key projects, drive process improvements, and coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams. This role requires a proactive, organized professional who can manage risks, adapt to shifting priorities, and ensure the smooth flow of operations.This is a maternity cover for approximately 12 months, with the possibility to extend.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and track multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery of products
• Plan, monitor, and execute operational processes efficiently
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including legal and compliance
• Engage and align with franchisees on FTC strategies and operational standards
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for efficiency gains
• Support projects with a foundational understanding of logistics, procurement, and compliance
• Maintain awareness of supply chain challenges, product compliance requirements, and customs regulations
• Work within multi-country supply chain projects, including EU vs. non-EU market compliance
• Navigate import/export regulations, bonded warehouse operations, and compliance documentation
• Identify, assess, and proactively communicate project risks
• Manage disruptions and shifting priorities in a dynamic supply chain environment
• Ensure continuous alignment with evolving business needs while maintaining flexibility

• Basic understanding of supply chain principles, compliance, and logistics.
