Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that production equipment in BNK-DS operates efficiently, complies with regulatory standards, and supports high-quality manufacturing.
Your tasks will include:
- Equipment Responsibility: Overseeing production equipment, including maintenance, calibration, and compliance with BNK-cGMP requirements.
- Documentation & Compliance: Writing, reviewing, and approving FMECA, URS, IQ/OQ qualification documents, SOPs, and non-GxP documentation.
- Quality & Process Improvement: Managing change requests, deviations, CAPAs, and driving systematic problem-solving initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Leading and participating in initiatives aimed at optimizing equipment, automation, and EHS aspects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with various departments to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflows.
- Project Involvement: Acting as a Project Manager and/or work package owner (WPO) for relevant projects targeted equipment or process improvements.
- Shutdown Planning: Supporting the planning and execution of maintenance shutdown periods.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who embodies the "BN DNA"—a can-do attitude combined with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability. The ideal candidate has:
- Compliance as a core part of daily work.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (preferred).
- A keen interest in production equipment and how it all works.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work effectively across departments and collaborate with colleagues on all levels.
- Experience from a production environment (preferred).
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- A relevant academic or technical background with industry experience.
About the Team
The Engineering team consists of 9 engineers in total, with various backgrounds and skills sets, all participating in and contributing to efficient days where humor, dialog and mutual respect are corner stones.
The team is part of Drug Substance Technical Service, which also has two teams of maintenance and calibration technicians, supporting two production facilities.
The Engineering team is seated together in an open office environment but frequently visit the production areas to support productions and technicians in various activities.
