Who are you?
We are looking for a skilled Veeva Application Specialist with:
- 5+ years of experience with Veeva Vault preferred, but candidates with fewer years will be considered if they demonstrate the right mindset and a strong willingness to learn.
- Preferably experience within a regulated industry
- A proven track record of implementing best-practice processes within the quality domain
- GMP and validation experience
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

As a Veeva Application Specialist, you will:
We are looking for a Veeva Quality Application Specialist to help BN implement, extend, and continuously improve our Veeva Quality Platform. Veeva is upgraded three times a year, requiring BN to retest processes and adopt new functionality that aligns with this schedule. We prioritize adhering to Veeva’s standard best-practice processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. As modules and business areas go live, you will play a key role in supporting these areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and expanding the use of our Veeva Quality Platform
- Assisting with integrations between Veeva and other systems, including our data platform, to enable data-driven insights and process optimizations
- Supporting change activities related to application enhancements by prototyping, testing, and ensuring GxP-compliant documentation and training
- Managing Veeva upgrade cycles to ensure a smooth transition to new functionality
- Providing 2nd-level support in close collaboration with our superusers across the organization, and assisting our helpdesk
You will work closely with Veeva Quality superusers from various departments, Global Quality, implementation partners, and Veeva to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement of our platform.
The Veeva team
You will join a Veeva team of 3 dedicated employees.
BN is growing, and our Veeva Vaults are growing too. Both in size and complexity.
We are expanding our use of Veeva. Both new modules, expanded use of existing modules, and smaller optimizations across quality, clinical, and regulatory domains. With this position, we will strengthen the team operating our Veeva Quality Vault that currently consists of Quality Docs, QMS and Training.
You will report to the Manager of Execution Applications. The IT Execution Application team also consists of a LIMS team operating our LIMS, and Lab team helping the business install, configure, and qualify Lab equipment and systems.
