Autorola Group is looking for a Country Manager to establish and lead our new Swiss entity. This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction and commercial success of Autorola Switzerland, backed by 24+ years of experience, technology, and a global client base.

Autorola is a global leader in online vehicle remarketing, fleet management, and automotive business intelligence solutions. Operating in over 24 countries, we support leading car manufacturers, leasing companies, banks, and dealer groups with digital platforms that transform the way vehicles are managed and sold.

Your Mission
As Country Manager Switzerland, your role is to build and lead our Swiss operations. You will be responsible for defining the market strategy, generating revenue, building the local team, and reporting directly to Autorola Group senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy & Go-to-Market Execution
    Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for the Swiss market, backed by deep industry analysis and competitor insight.
  • Sales & Commercial Growth
    Drive business development, win key customers (leasing companies, dealer groups, banks, OEMs), and grow market share.
  • Leadership & Operational Setup
    Set up the Zurich-based office, lead recruitment, and ensure all local operations meet Swiss compliance and operational standards.
  • P&L Ownership
    Take full responsibility for the Swiss P&L. Set targets, manage budgets, and track performance.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration
    Work closely with Autorola’s HQ and other Country Managers to align strategies and leverage international client relationships.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in building or scaling a business unit or company, ideally in automotive, SaaS, digital marketplaces, or fleet/finance sectors.
  • Strong sales and “hunter” mindset, with success in high-value B2B sales and long sales cycles.
  • Leadership and P&L responsibility experience — understands how to grow profitably.
  • Solid understanding of the Swiss automotive market, including market dynamics, regulations, and customer needs.
  • Strategic thinker who can turn insights into action and drive execution independently.
  • Fluent in German and English; Swiss German and/or French is an advantage.
  • Degree in business, management, or related field.
