About The Job
Joining the Strategic Communications & Planning team at our head office in Hørsholm, you will be part of a skilled and international team. Our focus is to disseminate knowledge through campaigns and content that can inspire professionals in the building industry to design more sustainable and healthy buildings for people and planet.

Within the team you will be met by an open, motivated and supportive atmosphere where personal and professional development is highly prioritized.

The student position is a communications role which, among other things, is highly focused on content planning and creation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of the thematic direction setting of our content and drive the creation of content that will be used for internal and external communication.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Content planning for different activations across the year
• Copywriting and adaptation for different activations/themes and platforms
• Creative exploration for digital activation
• Ad hoc tasks related to presentations, marketing and communication (e.g. finding visuals, videos, creating slide decks, update of text etc).
• Potential editing of content for internal and external communication

You will work 2-3 days per week at the head office in Hørsholm with flexibility during your exam periods.

Your Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate that will bring motivation and interest to the job and a willingness to learn. You can cooperate, as well as see possibilities and act on them. You have a curious mindset, and can work efficiently with a wide set of tasks.

As our new Student Assistant, we expect you to have a solid interest in communication and marketing and ideally prior experience within the field.

Furthermore, we expect you:

• Have a great interest in writing and content creation.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of social media and digital channels.
• Are motivated to ensure strong visual presentation of communication material.
• Can balance attention to detail with creativity and a willingness to try.
• Are just about to finish your bachelor’s degree or have just started your master’s degree in a related field.
• You are able to manage and organize your own responsibilities while also collaborating effectively with others.
• Are fluent in written and spoken English.
