About the development team in NIRAS
We are a dynamic team working on advanced SharePoint solutions, custom web parts, and API integrations. Our projects combine modern Microsoft 365 capabilities with robust .NET backend systems, Azure services, and DevOps workflows to deliver high-quality business solutions.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced .NET & SharePoint Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing SharePoint components (including SPFx web parts and command sets), building and maintaining C# backend applications, integrating with Azure services, and working within our DevOps processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SharePoint solutions, including SPFx web parts, extensions, and command sets;
- Design and implement C# backend applications and services;
- Integrate APIs and Azure services into enterprise solutions;
- Collaborate with the team using DevOps tools for CI/CD, code management, and task tracking;
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and maintainability standards;
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in .NET development and SharePoint customization;
- Strong skills in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), C#, and .NET Core/.NET 6+;
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Storage, etc.);
- Proficient in API integration and REST/Graph API usage;
- Familiarity with DevOps workflows (Azure DevOps or similar);
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team;
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Teams extensions;
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks for SPFx;
- Experience with automated testing and application performance tuning;
